Currently, every time someone enters their information on the opening lead gen form, it sends a separate email. I cannot use this for my clients yet due to the sheer number of users their virtual tours receive. Some of our tours have received over 10k views. Imagine waking up and your inbox has 10k emails from treedis in there. A nightmare that would be. Can you please create a system to store these and export maybe weekly or monthly? Or even have them stored for download within treedis. Thanks

Hi Alex Carrier and Paul,
I would like to update you on the option to specify an alternative email address (different from your client's email) for collecting leads from the Entry Lead Form (one on the intro screen). You can enter the alternative email address under "Lead Emails" (see screen 1).
Additionally, you have an option to download all collected leads in CSV and Excel formats (see screen 2).

Alex, thank you for this heads up, I was going to offer this as a feature to a client very soon, I might suggest that they provide me with a separate email address just for the lead gen.

We understand your situation, and if other clients need this option as well, we will consider changing the logic of collecting the information from lead form. Meanwhile, as a workaround we suggest setting filters in your e-mail box in order to have all messages from lead form going to the specific folder.

Natalia Protsenko: This is 100% a feature you will need. I literally cannot have my clients use this feature currently without it.
